New Recommendations to City Council

The Pedestrian Advisory Council recently made some interesting recommendations to City Council that some may be happy to see.

They recommend completely removing mandatory parking minimums throughout the city, using dynamic pricing for street parking to keep supply and demand in relative balance, and greatly expanding the creation of Parking Benefit Districts and Parking and Traffic Management Districts so that neighborhoods directly benefit from their local parking fees.
